VANCOUVER, February 19, 2003 - Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (DDN-TSX Venture) advises of a correction in the news release dated February 18, 2003. The Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,400,000 units at a price of $0.80 per unit.
This financing is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
