Diamonds North and Majescor Form Second Alliance

Vancouver, BC - Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (DDN-TSX Venture) and Majescor Resources Inc. announce today that they have formed a strategic alliance to jointly explore for diamonds in a northern region of Victoria Island, Nunavut. The companies have been granted four prospecting permits totaling 218,674 acres of prospective diamond terrain. The permits were acquired to cover an area with discrete kimberlite indicator mineral anomalies. Diamonds North and Majescor are planning a systematic sampling program for this new area during the summer of 2003.
The permits were acquired as a strategic addition to Diamonds North nearby Victoria Island holdings where it has interest in 20 diamondiferous kimberlites.
