VANCOUVER, July 17, 2003 -- Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (DDN-TSX Venture) reports that of the total 2,000,000 warrants granted pursuant to the initial public offering last July (1,500,000 @ $0.60 and 500,000 @ $0.50), a total of 1,987,200 warrants were exercised, the proceeds of which totaled $1,142,320.
Further, the Company reports that 500,000 warrants issued pursuant to a private placement last July have also been exercised at $0.60 for proceeds of $300,000.
