Over $1 Million added to Treasury
VANCOUVER, December 15, 2003 - Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (DDN-TSX Venture) reports that of the total 1,186,847 warrants granted pursuant to the private placement of December 11, 2002, a total of 1,082,563 warrants were exercised at $0.80 generating proceeds of $866,050.40.
Further, the Company reports that 237,371 agent warrants issued pursuant to the above private placement last December have also been exercised at $0.70 for proceeds of $166,159.70.
The Company has over $4.5 million in its treasury which is more than sufficient for current 2004 exploration plans.
