Vancouver, March 17, 2004 - Diamonds North Resources Ltd (DDN-TSX Venture) announces the cancellation of a grant of incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan to directors, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 400,000 treasury shares previously announced March 12, 2004.
