Diamonds North Completes $4,500,000 Equity Financing
Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited, (the "Agent") has been issued Agents' Warrants entitling them to purchase up to 351,176 common shares at a price of $0.95 per share until December 13, 2006. The Agent also received commission equal to 6% of the gross proceeds.
All the securities are subject to a hold period and may not be traded until April 14, 2006.
