Grant of Incentive Stock Options
Vancouver, March 23, 2005 - Diamonds North Resources Ltd. (DDN - TSX Venture) announces the grant of incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan to employees to purchase an aggregate of 252,500 treasury shares. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $1.15 per share and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
