(DDN -- TSX Venture) announces the grant of incentive stock options under the Company's stock option plan to employee and a consultant to purchase an aggregate of 135,000 treasury shares. The options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $1.19 per share and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
